We provide virtual products and license access to our Service. Access to our add-ins is delivered via the email address you provide when subscribing to our Services. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use our add-ins on any supported device you own or control, as permitted by Microsoft AppSource’s Terms of Service.

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The 30-day period begins when you place your order. If you decide our add-ins are not for you within this period, simply send us an email, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Outside of our 14-day money-back guarantee, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds unless the service has not been performed (see “Technical Error” below). We also do not offer returns or exchanges.

Yes, you are generally not eligible for a refund if:

  • You received what you ordered but simply changed your mind about the service.
  • You were aware or notified of any problems with the service before making a purchase.
  • You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use for it.
  • You received access to the add-in and failed to report your inability to access it within 7 days from the date of receipt (see “Technical Error” below).

Refunds are processed within 7 days. We do not provide refunds for used AI credits (refills). For currency conversions, refunds will be made in the currency in which you paid. We are not responsible for any loss or gain due to changes in exchange rates between the time of order and the time of refund.

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you that it has been issued, please first check your bank account and then contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

You agree to contact us before raising a request for a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer. If you dispute a legitimate charge without merit or legitimate reason (as determined by us), whether fraudulently or otherwise, we reserve the right to blacklist you by providing evidence to refute your invalid chargeback request and/or pursue legal action.

If you are dissatisfied with the service and are eligible for a refund under this policy, you must contact us stating your complaints. We will immediately verify your complaints, and refunds are issued at our discretion, meaning they may be accepted or rejected.
